Phil Clark Development Chef visits catering students at Eastleigh College

Harvest had a great day with the Level 2&3 students at Eastleigh College on Friday 16th September.

Phil Clark our Development Chef presented and created dishes with fantastic local produce we have available here at Harvest

Phil talked to the students about the local produce and then created dishes with Laverstoke Black pudding, Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil, Isle of wight Garlic, Isle of Wight Tomatoes and New forest Strawberries.

Phil created a dish called Northern Toast with Laverstoke black Pudding, Shallots and Essential Cuisine Hollandaise sauce. Isle of Wight tomato Bruschetta, he then went on to create a delicious New Forest Strawberries Eton mess.
